Tell you the truth Monty, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if this were actually still illegal in the eyes of our fair state. The 1901 Constitution is a site to behold, and will take someone with the populist stylings of Huey Long or George Wallace, the political skills of Johnson, Nixon and Clinton and the Jesus0based righteousness of W. to ever fully change it. God that state is fucked up...(but I still love her)
