I cannot get enough of her voice. Her new album is just wonderful.

I just used the word "wonderful", must be drunk.

Any recommendations for her previous albums or should i just get them all?

That also goes by the title "The Fame Years" as it culls the best from her work for Fame Records. Its the only thing that I own from her and is highly recommended but everything else I've ever from her has been very good.

One word of caution, she put out a lot of gospel soul albums so if you have little tolerance for spirituals (which I've noticed is true of a lot of the board), you may want to be careful to make sure you're buying one of her secular albums.

Thanks Estone & billy g. I did read that a lot of albums were gospel but i am well up for that.
