Any of you been listening to the Cherry Tree EP by The National? Ohio band out of Brooklyn now, but man-o-man this is good. Think I posted a little blurb about it when obner first hit the airwaves, but it bears repeating....this is damn fine music. Might be my pick for album of the year, if it was an album. So what do you do with EPs? Do they qualify for best of the year? Do they have to be twice as good as a LP? This one might be
