OK..

I gots the photoshop 7 workin,

Trying to make a cd booklet cover for a mix coming up.

I got the 5x5 space opened.
I imported a cool pic I found from the web in there...

but the pic only takes up like 1/5 of the space.

i did this once before, but for the life of me couldnt figure out how to do it again.

how do i enlarge the picture to make it fill the entire space?

how big is the pic you found? if it's a small pic, enlarging it will only make it look grainy. If it's big enough for the cd cover, you'll probably have to go back to the blank 5x5 space and go into the Image Size... dialogue box and change the dpi. To something like 72 or 100.

Unless you have a really hi resolution image, you are going to have to enlarge it. Print is 300dpi, so thats what I always enlarge the image to when I am making a cover. I always convert a photo to B&W and then adjust the contrast and brightness to mask it, but that may not be what you are looking to do.

It's really only for a cd mix cd cove rim making. im sure nobody expects it to loook great...

nthe future, ill look for bigger photo's that wont need too much enlargement....

so, if its somewhat grainy, im sure i'll and the CD recipitent will survive. hah.
