they played for about 1 hr 15 minutes. frank and kim's voices sounded GREAT, Joey Santiago is one of the most inventive guitarists of our time, and David Lovering is a beast on the drum.
i really, really need to find a set list. I was trying to consciously keep track of the songs, but after number 5 it all went to shit.

it's not that hard to write down shorthand of the last three songs every ten minutes while they stand like trees onstage in between songs

Dude. If your crowd was anything like the one we were in saturday, just try writing in a shoulder to shoulder crowd with people going back and forth for beer and knocking in to you every two minutes.

I suppose you could go stand up against the wall and do it, that could work.
