I'm guess I'm just a playerhater.

I don't understand why anyone would shell out any money for a watch.

We have conference rooms with no clocks. Watches constitute basic survival.

How alternative of the both of you. So anti-mainstream. Not wearing a watch to me screams 'I don't care what time it is" which screams "I don't care if I'mon time" which screams "Loser."

I wouldn't hire either of you just based on this.

Not as if you care, but just so you know.

I think having a watch "farmer's tan" in the summer time is a rite of childhood.

I have a watch, but the battery is dead, and I have to take it to a jeweler to get it replaced, so I haven't used it in about 1.5 years. :(
It was a birthday gift from my wife back in the day.

So you just whip out a laptop whenever you want to know what time it is? How convenient.

it's got nothing to do with that, I used to always want a watch, but after losing like 3 of them I gave up.

also, for what it's worth I'm way more on time for anything than EVERY ONE of my watch-wearing friends. It's not an aesthetic thing, it's a "i lose shit" thing.

I knew this would be the wrong thing to say, but said it any way. You actually don't seem like a disorganized fuck up, but most the folks I know who don't wear watched are bun outs ;)

oh I'm quite a disorganized fuck up, make no mistake, but I'm almost always on time because that shit drives me crazy and is totally disrespectful.

Hey, wow, that's like reverse Haiku (if you pronounce "dictionary" as "diction'ry").

wristwatches make me feel like I need to tear my arm off. I wear a wristwatch when scuba diving, otherwise I use my cell phone or a pocket watch. Between the iPod, a cell phone, and my little pocket watch, I pretty much always have the time on me.
