Youth and Young Manhood was one of my favorite discoveries of 2003 and I can't wait to see how they follow it up.

I loved their first one. Actually rocked it Saturday night. I'm eagerly awaiting it's release which is Feb. 5th if I'm not mistaken.

The latest issue of Q has a pretty decent article on them. It throws around the term "album of the year", etc. I'm optimistically cautious.

Oh. Then I'm not looking forward to it anymore.

Oh, wait! You're wrong. Nevermind.

Y&YM was, actually, my favourite album of 2003. I've heard the new one and it's pretty good but I think it would be more accurately described as a grower. It didn't impress me as much as the debut did. It is one of my favourite driving cds.

I like 'em, too, which is weird, cuz usually I don't like much that sounds like their disc did- dirty, like they were using old mics and amps and recording tape.

I'll bet they'll be around for a while. I just hope they don't get big heads.

Their debut didn't really blow me away. It's decent. Nothing to make me rush to the record store and buy their ne wone.

I found the first one boring. I've listened to it maybe 3 times. I might as well have put in the Mooney Suzuki.

I detested the first one. Thought it was super boring.

This album has leaked already. I thought I wanted to listen to it because I enjoyed the last one, at least for a little while. It didn't really stick with me, though. In the end I haven't even bothered to dl a few tracks to check it out. Maybe I don't care that much.
